Aging parents in India — how do you manage doctor visits remotely?

My parents are in Pune and managing their specialist appointments from here is getting harder — my dad downplays everything on calls. Has anyone found a good system? Care managers, telehealth setups that work for elderly parents, sibling coordination tricks — I'll take anything.
