Welcome to Sangh by IndianCulture, operated by Vialynx Inc (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. This is a limited pilot; if we change these terms materially we’ll ask you to accept the new version the next time you open the app.

Who can use Sangh

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. One account per person. Local (“Near Me”) features require verifying a phone number, and the country of that number determines which local groups you can post in.

Community content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service so that the app can function — this licence ends when you remove the content or close your account.

You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines.

Providers & bookings

Providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Vialynx. During this pilot, no payments are processed through the app— booking requests connect you with a provider, and any payment happens directly between you and the provider. We don’t guarantee any provider’s services, availability, licensing, or quality, and we’re not a party to your arrangement with them. Verification badges reflect only what we checked; they are not a background check or an endorsement.

Meeting other members

Sangh introduces people; it does not screen them. You are responsible for your own safety when you meet someone or enter their home. Please read the safety section of our Community Guidelines before arranging a meeting.

Points

Reward points are a loyalty feature with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for cash, may expire, and can be changed or discontinued at any time. They are not currency, stored value, or a gift card.

Suspension & closing your account

You can close your account at any time under Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we’re required to. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you why.

Copyright

If you believe content on Sangh infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by the DMCA — identification of the work, the material and where it is, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury — to support@indianculture.com. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” during the pilot, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vialynx is not liable for interactions between users and providers, for the conduct of any member, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
